Marlow & Vance does not store, see, or have access to your full credit card details or bank account information. All payments are processed by certified third-party payment providers, including Shopify Payments.

4. Payment Processing

To help prevent fraud, orders are only confirmed and processed once full payment has been successfully completed and authorized by your card issuer or payment provider.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

If you are entitled to a refund, whether due to an approved cancellation or a return made within our 30-day return window, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method.
